Night Operations Executive
We are looking for a customer focused, ambitious and dynamic self starter to become a Night Operations Executive. In this important role you'll be responsible for managing a selection of Casna Group's night cleaning contracts, supervisors and cleaning operatives across multiple client sites in London. The successful applicant will have extensive cleaning experience within a multisite operation and will be able to use this to continually improve the quality of Casna's service to its 5 star clients. Assistant Back of House Manager
We have an opportunity for a dynamic Assistant Back of House Manager who will assist the Day Contracts Manager to run Casna's Kitchen Porter operation. It's a demanding role which requires you to manage supervisors, kitchen porters and cleaning operatives across multiple sites in London and the Home Counties. You'll need back of house experience that you can use to add value to Casna's gold standard operation, nurturing client relationships and enhancing client services. Floor Specialist: 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
As a Floor Specialist you’ll be responsible for the maintenance of floors in specific areas at the client site. You will have full training (via certified training programmes) but previous cleaning experience and hotel services experience is desirable. You’ll need to be passionate about hygiene and customer service and have a strong physical capacity in order to handle heavy machinery. This position requires night working and the flexibility to work in shifts and transfer to different client sites at short notice. Cleaning Supervisor: 40 hours per week. Night Shifts.
The Cleaning Manager assists the Area Manager in providing a clean and sanitary condition for the safety and security of the guests and team members within the allocated client site/s. As a Supervisor you will have overall responsibility for the practical organisation of the day to day cleaning operation at the client site and you’ll manage a diverse team of Cleaning Operatives, Floor Specialists and Assistant Supervisors for Front and Back of House. Our cleaning operatives are responsible for the daily cleaning of all areas within our client premises, carrying out all individual cleaning tasks as required. Previous cleaning experience and Hotel Services experience is desirable and a 'can do' attitude is essential. You can expect to work 37.5 hour to 40 hours per week. Kitchen Porter: 37.5 to 40 hours per week. Variable shifts (24/7 flexibility)
Our Kitchen Porters work as part of a team in a busy kitchen assisting in the day to day running of the catering area. You will work alongside the kitchen management team complying with all hygiene and health and safety programmes and regulations. Supervisor- Kitchen Porters: 40 to 48 hours/ week (various shifts across a 7 day work week)
The Kitchen Porter Supervisor is responsible for the organisation and running of our kitchen porter and cleaning contracts at our client sites. You will ensure all Kitchen Porters in your team perform consistently to company corporate standard of operation (which by definition exceeds the expectation of our clients). This is an important role which needs you to establish and maintain good relationships with chefs, back of house and food & beverage managers on site. Previous experience is essential. Room Attendant 37.5 to 40 hours per week
Room Attendants are responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms within client hotels, incuding stocking of guest supplies. This is a customer facing role which requires you to have excellent standards of presentation and a strong attention to detail.You will be working with a minimum of direct supervision so you need to take personal responsibility for the quality of your work and have a good standard of communication in the english language.
