This is Jose looking cool and in control. But then, he always does.
Jose and his fellow Site Managers have exceptionally responsible positions, as the main daily interface between the client and Casna.
In order to become a Site Manager for Casna Jose has ticked every management box, especially the ones marked adaptability and initiative.
This is not a job that is predictable day to day - the only thing that is ever certain is that a Site Manager’s job will be both challenging and rewarding. Our Site Managers are typically responsible for both the daily and overnight cleaning supervisors and teams, dealing with a wide variety of cleaning tasks from normal rota schedules to special events and high profile hospitality.
A Site Supervisor has operational responsibility for every aspect of Casna performance from cleaning through to sustainability measurement to bio-testing and auditing. Unlike most cleaning companies, Casna proactively audit all of its sites every quarter, and that includes every aspect right down to how well and frequently we train our own staff.
If, like Jose, you are good with people, you enjoy working with clients and you are a great communicator maybe you could become a Casna Site Manager. You'll need to be able to motivate and lead diverse teams, but your development will be supported every step of the way through Casna's Leadership Academy. Why not ask Casna about management opportunities and download our application form.
